Yes, the toner is a 100% free from “bad alcohols” like Ethanol, Propanol, Denatured alcohol, Denatured Alcohol, Ethyl alcohol, Methanol, Isopropyl alcohol, SD alcohol and Benzyl alcohol. These alcohols can be extremely drying and tend to have a long-term negative impact.

This category is known as fatty alcohols, which is absolutely non-irritating and can be exceptionally beneficial for skin. They include Cetyl alcohol, Stearyl or Isostearyl alcohol, C12-16 alcohol, Cetearyl alcohol, Lauryl alcohol, Isopropyl myristate, Isopropyl palmitate, Glyceryl stearate, Glycol and Myristyl Alcohol.
