A broad-spectrum sunscreen, The Pink Foundry’s Matte Moisturising Mineral Sunscreen has SPF 30 and has been made using unique Tria-Derm^TM action. Its universally tinted formula provides sheer, natural-looking coverage that looks great under makeup, too.

This 100% physical sunscreen with natural minerals, that protects your skin from the sun while also nourishing and hydrating it, is non-toxic. Along with having excellent UV filters like UVA, UVB and PA+++, it is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes and is suited for all skin types, including over-sensitive skin.

1. Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide:

Get 100% PHYSICAL SUNSCREEN, with natural minerals - Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide - that form an invisible protective layer on the surface of the skin, which physically blocks and reflects UVA/ UVB rays, providing broad spectrum protection. It is a great non-toxic option as these minerals do not penetrate the skin and do not cause any chemical reaction.
2. Shea Butter and Cucumber Extract:

how to use

For effective application, here are directions of use:

STEP 1

Shake well before use.

STEP 2

Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. The sunscreen should blend easily on your skin, with a non-greasy and matte finish.

STEP 3

Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or perspiring, immediately after towel drying, and at least once every two hours.

Do I need to apply sunscreen every day? Even if I am indoors?

Yes. Whether you are outdoors directly under the sun or even while being indoors, you are exposing yourself to potentially skin-damaging light, be it through windows or your digital screens. Sunscreen protects your skin from UVA/UVB rays, it lowers your skin cancer risk, it prevents premature ageing of the skin (fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation) and it helps maintain an even skin tone. It is important to wear sunscreen daily. Your skin will thank you for this, down the line!

What do the terms ‘Broad Spectrum’, ‘SPF’ and ‘PA’ mean?

There are two types of UV light that can harm your skin — UVA and UVB. A broad-spectrum sunscreen protects you from both. SPF, or Sun Protection Factor, is a measure of how well a sunscreen will protect skin from UVB rays. Our sunscreen has SPF 30. SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB rays - It is clinically proven to be a sufficient amount of protection to reduce or minimize the adverse effects of sunlight; making it a perfect and comfortable choice for daily wear application.

PA rating on the other hand means Protection Grade of UVA rays. Our sunscreen has a rating of PA+++, which offers high UVA protection. It is important to strictly use a sunscreen that protects your skin from both UVA and UVB radiation.
